Scott Dahl

Scott Dahl founded AmeriTech Contracting, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) owner who took a chance and went out on his own to start his own business with a desire to create a better future for himself and his family. Scott has an insatiable thirst for knowledge while providing a solution-based, focused approach in every aspect of his business. He is driven and accomplished, with a rich and diverse background in the mechanical trades, construction, and sales. After serving in the United States Navy on submarines, Scott honed his skills in the mechanical trades and became an expert in construction and mechanical sales.

With a strong work ethic and determination, Scott began his entrepreneurial journey, starting AmeriTech Mechanical from the ground up. His passion for the industry and his dedication to excellence led him to flourish in his business, which evolved into an elite general contracting firm specializing in federal and government contracts. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality work, Scott has built a reputation as a trusted and reliable client partner.

Armed with a unique set of skills acquired during his time in the military, Scott quickly realized that his attention to detail and ability to execute under pressure were invaluable assets in the business world. Founder

Andrew S. DiSilvestro Jr.

Andrew S. DiSilvestro Jr. currently serves as the President at AmeriTech Contracting. Andrew brings exceptional leadership, proven program management, multi-faceted skills, and a meticulously passionate approach to leading operations management. His skill set has enabled him to spearhead some of the largest and most complex acquisition programs involving the development, operations, production, modification, sustainment, personnel training, and worldwide deployment of both US and International resources.

Before coming to AmeriTech, Andrew founded a construction firm in Middlefield, CT. As President, he took the company to over $2 million in annual revenues in less than five years. Andrew has always continued to strive for excellence. Today he is known for his ability to succeed under pressure as an entrepreneur, leadership coach, and Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) in the United States Air Force. During his time as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and gifted with uncanny attention to detail, Andrew DiSilvestro became widely known as one of the best contracting officer specialists nationwide and abroad.

Andrew is an ambitious and energetic trailblazer who uses his skills as a team builder, motivator, and mover. He specializes in business start-ups, operation and management processes, business development, and leadership coaching. When not hard at work, Andrew loves playing golf, reading, cross-fitting, watching sports, socializing with friends, and spending time with his beautiful wife, Andrea, and two boys, Johnny and Aedan.

Andrew holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of New Haven, a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Communications Management (BA) from Eastern Connecticut State University, and an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Construction Technology and Management from the Community College of the Air Force. In addition, Andrew graduated from the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans (EBV) Program at the University of Connecticut's School of Business.

Daniel B. Reilly

Daniel B. Reilly is the Vice President of Business Development at AmeriTech Contracting. He is passionate about providing strategic executive leadership in human capital, utilizing results-orientated knowledge, skills, and abilities to think critically and lead successfully within any operating environment. Although Daniel possesses strategic foresight and an enlightened vision, he is exceptional at creating opportunities with an intuitive approach to bridge enterprise-level gaps. Daniel is widely known for his transformational and full-spectrum leadership capabilities with an inspirational energy that radiates positivity. Daniel's innovative business acumen led to his recognition and inclusion in Stanford's Who's Who of executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals. The few like him who achieve "Best of the Year" status are an accolade limited to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership or achievement in their occupation, industry, or profession. In 2023, Daniel B. Reilly was inducted into the 19th Class of the Connecticut Veterans Hall of Fame, highlighting his significant contribution to his community and accentuating the longevity of his selfless service to others.

Before joining the team at AmeriTech, Daniel Reilly served over 23 years in the United States Air Force and Air National Guard as a principal adviser to senior executives within the U.S. Department of Defense. Daniel has a reputation as an international, dynamic, driven professional with executive coaching, leadership, management, operational, and contingency experience in government, private sectors, and the nonprofit realm. His background in construction, plumbing, mechanical specialties, project management, and industry experience as a general and operations manager for premier mechanical companies have allowed him to accomplish improved program delivery timelines and quality improvements with increased team efficiencies, resulting in millions of dollars of annual savings.

Daniel's uncompromising integrity and history of success in environments demanding crisis management, problem-solving skills, organizational development, and team-building make him uniquely qualified to serve in these roles. He specializes in identifying business opportunities, change management, relationship building, professional development, and institutional focus, directly affecting programs to drive business results. In addition, Daniel's people-focused, collaborative approach is contagious while providing much-needed solutions to address any organization or partnership's needs, objectives, and challenges. He attributes his drive for success solely to his four beautiful children, Aunchlee, Hunter, Aydan, and Bradley.

Daniel's other passions are his extensive philanthropic work, nonprofit volunteerism, and altruistic manner of serving those who have served. In addition to serving on multiple national nonprofit boards of directors, he is the first and only Connecticut native and youngest person ever elected as President for the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States (EANGUS). EANGUS serves over 450,000 members of the National Guard and over 480,000 retiree veterans. He also serves as the chair for leadership development COI for the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME). Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from American InterContinental University, an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Mechanical and Electrical Technology, and a Professional Managers Certification from the Community College of the Air Force. Daniel also graduated from the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans (EBV) Program at the University of Connecticut's School of Business.
